Zambia High Commission – London
Scholarships for Zambia
Mr. Muyeba S. Chikonde,
High Commissioner for Zambia to the United Kingdom
I am delighted to announce the offer to Zambians of a partial scholarship sponsored by De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. Although the amount is a modest sum, I am very grateful for DMU’s contribution. We have made a start and all good projects must start from a beginning. I plan to use this example and seek further sponsors in a concerted effort to help Zambians access UK’s world renown university education sector. Furthermore, DMU and Mulungushi University have initiated a collaboration to work on a joint engineering project. I wish them every success. I must add that World Student Advisors, led by Tim Hunt are working behind the scenes and are instrumental pioneering this scholarship and the bring together of MDU with Mulungushi University.
I wish my fellow Zambians every success.
